Deckbench Posted: 24 Dec 2010 01:12 PM PST Men are predisposed to be adventurous and to be creative with power tools and such. Some are just more skilled than the others, both in the adventure part and the handling-of-tools part. Whichever group you may belong to, you can certainly appreciate the craftsmanship behind the Deckbench from Deckstools. It’s made from reclaimed skateboard decks and trucks. An inverted deck serves as the seat that’s 60″ long, supported by steel beams which may or may not be used as a mock surf/skateboard. $700. Share This |
Thrustmaster T500 RS Posted: 24 Dec 2010 12:59 PM PST After waiting for so long, Gran Turismo 5 is finally out in the wild. You’ve forked some pretty decent coin for the console and the game itself, why not complement your investment with a worthy racing wheel/pedal combo. Like the Thrustmaster T500 RS. The 25-pound controller has a powerful, 60-watt motor for amazing Force Feedback on the wheel. It turns 1080 degrees so you’ll be busy sawing away on those chicanes. The shifter and the pedals are 100% metal and it even has a realistic feel on the brakes. Sure, the price may be a bit steep but you can always ask Santa Claus for one. Okay, so there’s no Santa but thanks for ruining the fantasy Mr. Buzzkill. $600. Share This |
